Team

Evan Eisman
Evan Eisman has been a fine object maker for over 25 years. He started the company in 1998 with a focus on etched text in glass. Evan graduated from Pratt Institute in 1991 with a degree in painting. He is a poet, and lives in Brooklyn with his wife and son.

Andrew Bearnot
Studio Manager Andrew Bearnot draws on his diverse training as a materials scientist (Brown University) and sculptor (RISD) to inform our work. His methodical approach is informed by experience in university administration and laboratory research in academic, industry and museum contexts. Andrew is a self-described “materialist” and is deeply interested in craftsmanship as a practice of both encoding and producing knowledge.

Daniel Bontrop
Daniel comes to the studio with a background in high end residential interior design spanning over 12 years. During that time he has completed projects large and small and has worked with AD 100 designers such as S Russell Groves and Lucien Rees Roberts. Daniel is our liaison to the design community, communicating vision and helping to bring aesthetic value to each project.

Chadwick Augustine
A maker since his fledgling years in Wisconsin, Chadwick is a visual artist who has long anchored his workmanship in the poetics of the hand. Having courted an expertise in ceramics at the highly regarded New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University (MFA, 2004), Chadwick reaches across a wide breadth of material experience and brings to the studio an advocacy for beauty and sublimity in all we make.

David Krawczyk
David is an industrial designer taking interest in the development and fabrication of objects. He provides renderings and design proposals that illustrate how our processes and techniques can best suit each project’s needs. He has an industrial design degree from Pratt Institute.
